UNFCCC Meeting Concludes

AGL’s Jaime Brown wins Spot Trader of the Year
Senior electricity trader Jaime Brown has won the recognition of her industry peers this week when she was voted Spot Trader of the Year. In an annual poll conducted by Energy Bank Link (an online specialist industry forum on energy trading) contributors from more than 50 companies voted AGL’s Jaime Brown number one.
Mission Impossible 3 and Wind Farms
While Mission Impossible 3 wasn’t the best film I have seen, it did have an interesting helicopter chase scene in it where the helicopters weaved in and out of wind farms. 2007 UNFCCC Conference of the Parties Meeting
The international community has gathered at Bali to discuss future climate change policies and pathways. The conference will be attended by representatives from governments and other organisations from over 180 countries. The Australian delegation will be led by Australia’s Prime Minister, Kevin Rudd. AGL has played a crucial role in forming the Clean Energy Council which will be an official delegate for the first time. For further information on the Conference, click here.
